D55 Rare Federal Bayonet Fashioned into a weed cutter
This is a really interesting piece. Farmers would fashion almost anything into something that works. Even Bayonets! This is a pretty rare example of what could be done with weapons picked up off the battlefield. This piece is attached to the handle with an old square nail. This is one piece that you don't see everyday!

D53 Prewar Sword blade fashioned into a knife or corn knife
Nice early blade with unstopped fuller. This piece resembles the tip to a star sword. The blade in anchored to the handle by a square bolt and washer. Neat piece of history. Excellent example of a war time or post war conversion for use on the farm.
